— Buyers who need a refund after paying

— Anyone whose main product is a course with lessons and certificates

EasyWebinar pricing: four plans, two billing choices and an enterprise route

EasyWebinar shows four self-serve plans named Launch, Growth, Pro and Scale. Each can be billed monthly or annually, and the annual choice carries a two-months-free badge. A fifth route, custom Enterprise plans, goes through the sales team and lists capacity up to 100,000 live attendees. Plans were read on October 23, 2026. Amounts are left out here because they depend on the billing toggle and can change.

The limits are set per session, not per account.

  • Launch: 50 live attendees, up to 5 webinars, live sessions up to 2 hours, 2 AI funnels each month and no automated webinars.
  • Growth: 200 live and 1,000 automated attendees, up to 10 webinars, live sessions up to 4 hours and 5 AI funnels.
  • Pro: 500 live and 2,500 automated attendees, up to 15 webinars and 10 AI funnels.
  • Scale: 1,000 live and 5,000 automated attendees, up to 20 webinars and 20 AI funnels.

What each plan level adds, from Launch to Scale

Each plan keeps what the one below it has and adds a layer.

  • Launch: live webinars, replays for up to 250 viewers, and email and Zapier integrations that include ActiveCampaign and Kit.
  • Growth adds automated, simulive and evergreen webinars, built-in checkout, paid webinars, EasyCRM, multistreaming and 13 CRM and email integrations.
  • Pro adds the AI Moderator, native HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot sync, custom lead scoring with revenue reporting and a dedicated account manager.
  • Scale adds single sign-on and SAML, a full API, white labeling, team routing and a dedicated Slack channel for support.

Add-ons, overage and hidden costs in the terms

Plans are flat rather than per attendee, but a session does not stop at a limit. When more people join than the plan includes, the extra attendees are billed as overage under the terms. The live rate is ten times the automated rate, so a live room that outgrows its plan costs far more per head than an evergreen session that does. Add-on blocks of 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees can be bought in advance, and the pricing page shows the amount.

Two more terms act like costs. Lifetime customers are bound to the limits set when they bought and pay the same overage. Upgrading charges the price difference at once and resets the billing cycle, while a downgrade starts the next cycle with no credit for the current one.

Trial, billing and refund terms in plain language

The pricing page offers a 7-day free trial with full access, says a valid card is required and says the selected plan starts after the trial unless you cancel. A separate full-access page describes a 14-day trial of Pro features with a small trial fee. The two offers differ, so check which one the sign-up button shows.

The terms say plans are billed in advance, monthly on the same day each month or annually on the anniversary. You can cancel at any time with no notice and keep access to the end of the paid period. Canceling does not refund the current period, and the refund section says fees are non-refundable because a trial exists. Overage already accrued stays payable. The terms also say EasyWebinar does not guarantee attendee numbers, leads or sales.

Is a higher plan worth it? A break-even check for a seller

Choose by the webinar job first, then by headcount. A coach who sells one program from a single live webinar a month with fewer than 50 people fits Launch's limits. A seller who wants the best live session to keep running every day needs Growth, because that is where evergreen starts. Pro matters when a team needs the AI Moderator or native HubSpot or Salesforce Pardot sync.

Then run the break-even. Take the plan fee from the live pricing page with the billing toggle set the way you will pay, and divide it by the sales you expect from one funnel. Compare that with the fee of a rival that already includes automation, such as those in the small-business shortlist. To turn a live session into an automated one, read how to run an evergreen webinar. The EasyWebinar review covers fit and poor fit.
