Automated webinar funnel: registration, the recorded session, the offer and follow-up

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Quick answerAn automated webinar funnel takes a visitor from a registration page through reminders to a recorded session with a timed offer and checkout, then follows up by whether they attended, watched the replay or bought.

Automated webinar funnel: the five parts

An automated webinar funnel is five parts that run without the host: a registration page, reminder emails, a recorded session with a timed offer, checkout, and follow-up by what each person did. EasyWebinar's FAQ calls an automated webinar pre-recorded, running on a schedule with polls, calls to action and follow-up automation. An evergreen webinar funnel is the same chain on a repeating schedule.

EasyWebinar's AI Webinar Builder, on every plan, drafts a script, registration page, thank-you page, emails, polls and a call to action in one run it calls an AI funnel; the four plans, Launch to Scale, allow 2, 5, 10 and 20 a month.

EasyWebinar's Growth plan, $116 a month billed monthly as read on October 23, 2026, runs the automated webinar, checkout inside the room and EasyCRM follow-up in one account. EasyWebinar pricing lists every plan.

Registration and reminder emails

A registrant gets a welcome email right after sign-up, and reminders are added under Webinar Reminders in the Notifications tab, per EasyWebinar's help center. Its Customize section edits the registration, thank-you, waiting or countdown, webinar and replay pages in one place. Text and WhatsApp reminders are listed as beta.

On EasyWebinar's follow-up page, confirmation, reminder, replay and no-show emails come with each webinar, and broadcasts and automated sequences start at Growth.

The recorded session and the timed offer

A call to action (CTA) is a button or poll. EasyWebinar's help center lets you set when offers, polls and CTAs appear and disappear to match your presentation. Timed offer buttons are on every plan, but the recorded session itself starts at Growth, and so do behavior-based CTAs, where attendees, no-shows and partial viewers each see a different offer automatically.

Checkout inside the webinar

Built-in checkout lets timed offer buttons take payment inside the webinar room, so attendees buy without leaving. It starts at Growth, as do paid webinars, which require payment before a person can register or join. For paid tickets, EasyWebinar's paid-webinars page names Stripe.

Follow-up by what each person did

EasyCRM is EasyWebinar's built-in CRM and email tool, included from Growth. Once connected, each registration creates or updates a lead in it, and six triggers start follow-up: registered, attended, no-showed, watched replay, clicked offer and purchased. EasyWebinar's evergreen page shows three starter rules: no-shows get the next session, partial viewers get the replay and a reminder, and offer clickers get a follow-up sequence. The setup is in webinar follow-up sequence.

What the funnel costs on EasyWebinar

Growth is the first plan that holds the whole funnel. The table sets it beside WebinarJam Basic and EverWebinar, which WebinarJam names as its companion product for evergreen webinars, each on its own billing basis.

Three ways to build the automated funnel
OptionPriceWhat it covers
EasyWebinar Growth$116 a month billed monthly, $96 billed annuallyLive room, automated webinar, checkout, EasyCRM
WebinarJam Basic$79 a month billed annuallyLive room of 500 attendees, with EverWebinar included
EverWebinar alone$199 a month billed monthly, $99 billed annuallyAutomated, hybrid and just-in-time webinars only

Growth includes 1,000 automated viewers; each extra automated attendee is billed at $0.078, and a $78 add-on adds 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees. EasyCRM email sending is usage-based, with no rate published.

Pick EverWebinar for the automated session alone, and WebinarJam Basic when you also want a live room; best evergreen webinar software lists more routes. Each plan carries a 7-day full-access trial on EasyWebinar's pricing page. It needs a valid card, and the selected paid plan starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
