EasyWebinar free trial: 7 days with a card, or 14 days of Pro for $1

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Quick answerEasyWebinar's free trial lasts 7 days on any plan, needs a valid card and starts the paid plan unless you cancel; a separate page sells 14 days of Pro for $1, then $198 a month. ClickMeeting's trial asks for no card.

EasyWebinar free trial: the two offers side by side

EasyWebinar's free trial lasts 7 days on any of its four plans, and a valid card is required. Your selected paid plan starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. A separate page sells 14 days of Pro for $1, and that offer is not free. Both were read on October 23, 2026.

EasyWebinar's pricing page offers a 7-day free trial that needs a valid card, while its full-access page sells 14 days of Pro for $1, also with a card, so these are two separate offers.

The plan buttons on EasyWebinar's pricing page start the 7-day trial.

What happens when either trial ends

When the 7-day trial ends, your selected plan begins at its price: Launch $44, Growth $116, Pro $198 or Scale $349 a month on monthly billing. Cancel inside the window, because the Terms say no refunds are issued after a purchase.

The $1 offer turns into Pro at $198 a month, billed monthly, unless you cancel before day 14. Its page says no advance notice is needed, and canceling before day 14 means the monthly charge never starts. It also says subscription fees are non-refundable.

EasyWebinar's $1 trial page says Pro includes up to 10 live webinars a month, while its pricing page and FAQ say 15, so confirm the count with EasyWebinar if you need more than 10.

Is EasyWebinar free? No free plan and no refunds

EasyWebinar is not free: no free plan is listed, and every plan from Launch up is a paid subscription. The Terms call all subscription and service fees non-refundable and give the trial as the reason. The two trial offers are the way to use the product before the full plan charge. See EasyWebinar pricing for the plans and is EasyWebinar legit for the billing rules.

The demos you can watch without a card

EasyWebinar's pricing page carries a 100-second demo and a detailed webinar demo that need no account step. A Get a Demo option opens a sales conversation, not a trial. To run a webinar of your own before paying a full plan price, use the 7-day trial or the $1 offer.

How rival trials compare

Rival trials differ in length, cost and whether they ask for a card:

  • WebinarJam: $1 for 14 days on its 500-attendee plan, shown on its pricing page, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • EverWebinar (WebinarJam's companion product for automated webinars): $1 for 14 days, then $199 a month unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Demio: a free trial with Growth features, limited to 20 attendees and 1-hour sessions.
  • ClickMeeting: 14 days for up to 25 attendees, with no credit card required.
  • Livestorm: a free plan capped at 20 minutes per event, no credit card needed.
  • WebinarGeek: a 14-day free trial of Premium that expires automatically.

Pick ClickMeeting to test with no card at all, or Livestorm for a free plan whose events stop at 20 minutes. Pick EasyWebinar's 7-day trial to try automated webinars on Growth, knowing it needs the card up front. See cheapest webinar software for price-led picks.
