EasyWebinar vs EverWebinar: one product or two

EasyWebinar Growth, $116 a month billed monthly, runs live, automated, simulive and evergreen webinars in one product, while EverWebinar, WebinarJam's companion product for automated webinars, runs automated webinars only. The prices on this page were read on October 23, 2026, in US dollars.

A simulive session plays a pre-recorded presentation at a set time while real people answer questions in the chat. An evergreen webinar is recorded once and runs again and again, on a schedule or on demand.

EverWebinar sells one plan and lists automated, hybrid and just-in-time webinars, meaning sessions that start at the next set interval after someone registers. Live rooms run in WebinarJam, so live plus automated from that maker means WebinarJam Basic or above, which include EverWebinar.

Prices on monthly, annual and two-year billing

Set the two on the same basis. On monthly billing, EverWebinar is $199 a month and EasyWebinar Growth is $116 a month. On annual billing, EverWebinar is $99 a month with $1,188 charged up front, and Growth is $96 a month, billed annually. EverWebinar's two-year option is $79 a month, with $1,896 charged up front, for the same single plan. EverWebinar says its prices are for new customers only.

EasyWebinar Growth caps automated viewers at 1,000 per session and Pro at 2,500, as its pricing grid states the limits (the Terms call them automated attendees). Extra automated attendees past a cap are billed as overage at $0.078 each, and Launch has no automated webinars.

Scheduling, replays and chat in an automated session

EasyWebinar's evergreen page offers sessions in each attendee's local time zone, with just-in-time starts every 15 to 60 minutes. Attendees can get an instant replay, and replay pages can expire after a period you set. EasyWebinar's help center also documents simulated chat, which shows pre-written messages during an automated webinar.

EverWebinar's pricing page says every billing option includes complete EverWebinar access, and that you do not need to pretend you are presenting live.

Trials, guarantees and refunds

EverWebinar's trial costs $1 for 14 days, then $199 a month unless you cancel before the trial ends, and its pricing page states a 30-day money-back guarantee. EasyWebinar's pricing-page trial lasts 7 days, a valid card is required, and the selected paid plan starts unless you cancel before it ends. Its separate full-access page sells 14 days of Pro for $1. EasyWebinar's Terms say fees are non-refundable.

• EverWebinar: automated-only selling with a refund window, at $99 a month billed annually for the one plan.
