EasyWebinar vs WebinarNinja: how each one charges

EasyWebinar charges a flat monthly price per plan with attendee caps, while WebinarNinja (now ProProfs WebinarNinja) charges one price per attendee per month, set by the attendee count you buy. EasyWebinar Launch is $44 a month and Growth is $116 a month, both billed monthly, as read on October 23, 2026. WebinarNinja's price per attendee is on its own pricing page.

WebinarNinja says an attendee is anyone who joins your webinar, and above 1,000 attendees it sends buyers to sales. EasyWebinar's plans are flat, and attendees past a plan's cap are billed as overage: $0.78 per extra live attendee and $0.078 per extra automated attendee, or an add-on of 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees for $78.

On annual billing the per-month rates are $36 for Launch and $96 for Growth, billed annually. Take a two-person SaaS team that runs weekly product demos and onboarding webinars. How each tool counts attendees decides the fit:

  • EasyWebinar: a limit per session, 50 live attendees on Launch and 200 on Growth, with overage past it; the host plus 4 presenters on every plan.
  • WebinarNinja: anyone who joins counts, and the attendee count is set when you buy.
  • Livestorm: one credit per unique participant per session over 12 months, with team members not counted; its page showed $3.00 a credit in a 400-credit yearly pack.
  • Demio: Starter is a 50-person room with one host, $45 a month, paid yearly, so a team where both people host needs more than Starter.

EasyWebinar bills past its per-session limit, and Demio sells a room size. WebinarNinja and Livestorm bill by the attendees they count.

Session length and automated webinars

WebinarNinja says a single webinar can run up to 8 hours by default, and its pricing page lists scheduling pre-recorded webinars to run automatically. EasyWebinar live sessions run 2 hours on Launch and 4 hours on Growth, Pro and Scale, and automated, simulive and evergreen webinars start on Growth.

Simulive webinars play a pre-recorded presentation at a scheduled time with real people in the chat, and evergreen webinars repeat a recording on a schedule or on demand. EasyWebinar's comparison page concedes three points to WebinarNinja: a bundled course portal, 8-hour sessions and unlimited automated attendance. Those are EasyWebinar's claims about its rival.

Payments and trials

Both take paid sign-ups through Stripe: WebinarNinja says paid registrations connect to Stripe, and EasyWebinar's paid-webinars page says payments run through Stripe, from Growth. WebinarNinja's pricing page offers a 14-day trial it calls free. EasyWebinar's pricing-page trial is 7 days, a valid card is required, and the selected paid plan starts unless you cancel before it ends; a separate page sells 14 days of Pro for $1.

Who should pick which

  • WebinarNinja: sessions longer than 4 hours and one simple price per attendee that includes automated webinars; the bill follows the attendee count.
  • EasyWebinar: plan-based caps, checkout in the room and EasyCRM from Growth. Its fees are non-refundable once a plan starts.
