Cheapest webinar software: seven entry plans and what each leaves out

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Quick answerOn annual billing EasyWebinar Launch is $36 a month and WebinarJam Starter $39, both live-only. Livestorm's free plan caps events at 20 minutes; eWebinar is $84 a month, billed annually, for automated only.

Cheapest webinar software, each on its billing basis

The cheapest paid webinar software with a US price here is EasyWebinar Launch at $36 a month, billed annually, or $44 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 23, 2026. WebinarJam Starter follows at $39 a month, billed annually, and Demio Starter at $45 a month, paid yearly. Livestorm's Free Plan costs nothing and caps each event at 20 minutes.

Each row shows the vendor's lowest per-month figure with its billing basis, so a monthly price is never set against an annual one. ClickMeeting and WebinarGeek keep their prices on their own pages, and WebinarNinja prices per attendee, so none of the three is ranked here. Webinar platform pricing explains the four ways vendors charge.

What the cheapest plans leave out

EasyWebinar Launch runs live webinars for up to 50 live attendees and 2 hours a session, and its card points to Growth for automation, payments and EasyCRM. WebinarJam Starter allows one host, 100 attendees a webinar and 1 hour, and EverWebinar, WebinarJam's companion product for automated webinars, comes with Basic and above. EasyWebinar pricing shows what Growth adds.

Demio Starter is limited to one host and a 50-person room. Zoom Webinars at 300 attendees has no pre-recorded sessions, which sit on Webinars Plus, and every Zoom card requires a separate Zoom Workplace Pro plan.

Free plans and trials before you pay

Livestorm lists a Free Plan: unlimited webinars of up to 20 minutes each, with no credit card needed. ClickMeeting offers a 14-day trial for 25 attendees with no credit card required. EasyWebinar lists no free plan; it offers a 7-day trial on every plan, and a valid card is required.

EasyWebinar's Terms say to cancel before the trial ends to stop the paid plan from starting, and they call all fees non-refundable. For a wider list of small-business options, see best webinar software for small business.

When the cheapest plan costs more: overage, upgrades and add-on plans

EasyWebinar's plans are flat, and attendees past a plan's limit are billed as overage: $0.78 per extra live attendee, or an add-on of 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees for $78. Upgrading charges the difference at once and resets the billing cycle, per the Terms, and on monthly billing Growth is $116 a month against $44 for Launch. WebinarJam's billing policy lets it raise subscription prices at renewal, and Zoom Webinars adds the Zoom Workplace Pro plan on top.

Pick by budget:

  • EasyWebinar Launch for live webinars of up to 50 attendees at the lowest annual price among the paid plans in the table; move to Growth when the webinar must repeat on its own.
  • WebinarJam Starter for 100 attendees at $39 a month, billed annually.
  • Livestorm for a free plan with 20-minute events.
