Is EasyWebinar legit? Its Terms, security statements and refund rules

Last reviewed October 23, 2026

Is EasyWebinar legit: what its own pages show

EasyWebinar looks legitimate on what it publishes: four plans with prices, dated Terms, security statements and a stated refund rule. Launch is $44 a month, billed monthly, and Scale is $349, as read on October 23, 2026. The billing rule to weigh: all subscription and service fees are non-refundable.

EasyWebinar says it holds a SOC 2 Type II report and follows GDPR-aligned data practices, with a DPA (data processing agreement) available. Those are EasyWebinar's statements, repeated on its pricing and trial pages. It also says it is trusted by 25,000+ creators, coaches, SaaS teams and enterprises, a customer count that is its own claim.

Billing rules to know before you pay

EasyWebinar bills in advance, monthly or annually, on a recurring basis. If a card is declined, it may suspend or end your access. A trial turns into your selected paid plan by itself unless you cancel before it ends. The Terms add that cancellation does not refund the current period, there are no prorated refunds, and overage already accrued for attendees past a plan limit stays payable.

The Terms also say a chargeback filed before you contact support may result in immediate termination of the account.

EasyWebinar's cancel article offers a downgrade to a free plan 'if available', but its pricing page lists no free plan, so do not plan on one.

EasyWebinar's help center says a canceled subscription ends immediately, while its Terms say access lasts to the end of the paid period, so export what you need before you cancel.

What EasyWebinar does not promise

EasyWebinar's Terms state that it does not promise specific outcomes such as attendee numbers, lead generation or sales success. Its pages print customer sales stories and a return-on-investment figure, and those are EasyWebinar's selected stories, not forecasts.

What a plan does set is the live attendees it includes: 50 on Launch, 200 on Growth, 500 on Pro and 1,000 on Scale, per session as its pricing grid states them.

Is EasyWebinar a scam? Checks to make before you pay

Nothing on EasyWebinar's pages points to a scam: the prices, limits and Terms are public and dated. Watch the demos on the pricing page, then use the 7-day trial, which needs a valid card and turns into your selected paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. Read the EasyWebinar free trial page for both trial offers.

Pick WebinarJam or EverWebinar, its companion product for automated webinars, if a refund window matters: each states a 30-day money-back guarantee, while EasyWebinar's Terms say fees are non-refundable. WebinarJam's billing policy limits a refund on a monthly plan to the most recent payment, so read it too. Plan-by-plan detail is in the EasyWebinar review, and rivals are in EasyWebinar alternatives.
