Best for live plus evergreen in one account: EasyWebinar

EasyWebinar's pricing page names Growth as the best starting plan for automated, evergreen, replay, simulive and just-in-time webinars. A simulive webinar is a recording that plays at a set time while real people answer in the chat. Growth also adds built-in checkout, where timed offer buttons take payment inside the webinar room, and EasyCRM, EasyWebinar's built-in CRM and email tool. A live session, its evergreen version and the sale then sit in one account.

Launch, at $44 a month billed monthly, runs live webinars for up to 50 live attendees and stops short of automation. Growth allows 200 live attendees and 1,000 automated viewers, as the pricing grid states them.

EasyWebinar's Terms call all fees non-refundable, so the trial is the way to try a plan first. It lasts 7 days, a valid card is required, and the plan you pick starts billing after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The EasyWebinar review covers every plan.

Best for big live rooms: WebinarJam and Zoom Webinars

WebinarJam caps attendees per webinar at 100, 500, 2,000 or 5,000 across Starter, Basic, Professional and Enterprise. Starter is $39 a month, billed annually, for 100 attendees, one host and one hour. Basic is $79 a month, billed annually, for 500 attendees, two hosts and two hours. Professional is $229 and Enterprise is $379 a month, both billed annually, for 2,000 attendees with 3 hours and 5,000 with 4 hours.

WebinarJam's pricing page says EverWebinar comes with Basic and above at no additional cost, so Basic covers a 500-attendee live room and automated webinars in two products rather than one account. Pick WebinarJam for live rooms of up to 5,000 attendees a webinar. EasyWebinar alternatives covers the longer list of rivals.

Zoom Webinars sells attendee capacities from 300, and 300 attendees costs $89 a month billed monthly or $66.67 a month billed annually. Every Zoom card requires a separate Zoom Workplace Pro plan, and simulive sessions sit on Webinars Plus rather than Webinars. Zoom says its products support up to 100,000 attendees. Pick Zoom Webinars when your team already works in Zoom.

Best for automated webinars only: EverWebinar and eWebinar

EverWebinar is one plan with every feature on every billing option: $99 a month, billed annually, or $199 a month, billed monthly. It runs automated, hybrid and just-in-time webinars, which start a session for a visitor at the next time mark. Its page states a 30-day money-back guarantee, which on monthly plans covers only the latest payment under WebinarJam's billing policy. Its trial is $1 for 14 days, then $199 a month unless canceled before the trial ends.

eWebinar sells automated webinars only. Level 1 is $99 a month, billed monthly, or $84 a month, billed annually, for one active eWebinar and 1,000 registrants a month. Its Terms say no refunds are issued once fees are received. Pick EverWebinar for automated webinars with a refund window and eWebinar for one on-demand webinar. Best evergreen webinar software compares how each one schedules sessions.

Best for small rooms and a free start: Demio and Livestorm

Demio Starter is $45 a month, paid yearly, for one host and a 50-person room. Growth is $80 a month per host, paid yearly, at the 150-person room. Demio's trial lasts 14 days with Growth features, limited to 20 attendees and a 1-hour session.

Livestorm has a Free Plan with unlimited webinars of up to 20 minutes each, and no credit card is needed to start. Its Pro plan is priced per attendee: $3.00 per credit in a yearly pack of 400, as Livestorm's page showed in US dollars, and each unique attendee in a session spends one credit.

Pick Livestorm for a free start with short events and Demio for small rooms priced per host. The lowest entry prices are lined up in cheapest webinar software.
