Best evergreen webinar software: the six tools
The best evergreen webinar software for selling is EasyWebinar Growth, which replays a recorded webinar on a schedule in each attendee's time zone and keeps checkout and follow-up in the same account. Growth is $96 a month, billed annually, or $116 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 23, 2026.
EasyWebinar defines an evergreen webinar as a recorded presentation that runs repeatedly, on a schedule or on demand. The six tools below also serve as automated webinar software, since an automated webinar is pre-recorded and runs on a schedule. EverWebinar, in the table, is WebinarJam's companion product for automated webinars.
| Tool | Price and billing basis | How sessions are scheduled |
|---|---|---|

Try EasyWebinar →Scheduling: time zones, just-in-time starts and replays
EasyWebinar's evergreen page lists three ways to run a recording. Daily or weekly sessions start in each attendee's local time zone. Just-in-time starts, which put a visitor into the next session, come every 15 to 60 minutes. Instant replay gives a new registrant immediate access to a replay, and replay pages can expire after a set period. The how to run an evergreen webinar guide walks through the setup.
Simulive differs: it plays at set times with real people in the chat, while evergreen runs in each attendee's own time zone.
Selling and following up after an automated session
EasyWebinar's pricing page says built-in checkout lets timed offer buttons take payment inside the room, and that starts at Growth. EasyCRM, built in from Growth, follows up on six triggers: registered, attended, no-showed, watched replay, clicked offer and purchased. EasyWebinar's evergreen page shows three starter rules: no-shows get the next session invite, partial viewers get the replay and a reminder, offer clickers get a follow-up sequence.
Testimonials and follow-up emails in an evergreen funnel fall under FTC rules, per the eCFR text as of October 21, 2026. 16 CFR 255 says a material connection to an endorser must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. 16 CFR 465 bars selling or writing a consumer testimonial that misrepresents the reviewer's use of the product. 16 CFR 316.5 limits what an email opt-out can require. This is not legal advice.
Automated audience limits and overage
Evergreen starts on Growth with 1,000 automated viewers, as the pricing grid states them. Overage, the charge for attendees past a plan's limit, is $0.078 per extra automated attendee. Pro holds 2,500 automated viewers and Scale 5,000, each five times the live limit, and Launch has none. eWebinar's Level 1 allows 1,000 registrants a month for one active eWebinar.
