Webinar platform pricing: four ways vendors charge
Webinar platform pricing comes in four shapes: a flat plan with an attendee cap, a room size per host, attendee credits, and a level set by active automated webinars. EasyWebinar uses the first: Growth is $116 a month, billed monthly, or $96 a month, billed annually, as read on October 23, 2026.
| Platform | What you pay for | Example price and basis |
|---|---|---|
| EasyWebinar | A flat plan with live and automated attendee caps | Growth $116 a month, billed monthly |
| WebinarJam | A plan by attendee cap and host count | Basic $79 a month, billed annually, 500 attendees |
| Demio | A room size, per host | Growth $80 per host a month, paid yearly, 150-person room |
| Livestorm | A yearly pack of attendee credits | $3.00 per credit in a pack of 400 |
| eWebinar | A level set by active automated webinars | Level 1 $99 a month, billed monthly, one active eWebinar |
| Zoom Webinars | An attendee capacity, on top of Zoom Workplace Pro | 500 attendees: $129 a month, billed monthly |
| WebinarNinja | Attendees per month, one price for everything | Price on WebinarNinja's page |

Try EasyWebinar →Flat plans with caps, and what overage costs
EasyWebinar's plans are flat, and its pricing page says a session never stops at the plan's limit. Attendees past the limit are billed as overage: $0.78 per extra live attendee and $0.078 per extra automated attendee. An add-on, bought in advance, adds 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees for $78. At the overage rate, 100 extra live attendees cost $78, the same as the add-on block. EasyWebinar pricing lists every plan's limits.
An older EasyWebinar help article counts automated overage per lead and names plans that no longer exist, while the pricing page and Terms count per automated attendee, so budget per automated attendee.
EasyWebinar's comparison grid states attendee limits per session, while its Terms, FAQ and help center speak of usage included in a plan and monthly usage, so confirm whether a limit applies per session or per month before you rely on it.
Per host, per credit and per active webinar
Demio charges per host by room size. Starter is $45 a month, paid yearly, for one host and a 50-person room. Growth costs $80 a month per host, paid yearly, at the 150-person room, then $196 at 500, $303 at 1,000 and $606 at 3,000.
Livestorm sells a yearly pack of attendee credits and spends one credit for each unique person who attends a session. A 400-credit pack is $3.00 per credit, as Livestorm's page showed in US dollars. Livestorm alternatives lists the rivals.
eWebinar moves an account between levels with the number of active eWebinars. Level 1 is $99 a month, billed monthly, for one active eWebinar; Level 2 is $199 for up to 5, and Level 3 is $299 for up to 15, plus $15 a month for each additional eWebinar.
WebinarNinja, now ProProfs WebinarNinja, bills attendees per month under one price and sends 1,000-plus attendees to sales. EasyWebinar vs WebinarNinja sets that model beside a flat plan.
Monthly or annual: what the billing toggle changes
EasyWebinar's toggle reads Monthly and Annually, with the label 2 months free under Annually (EasyWebinar's own label). Billed monthly, the plans are $44 a month for Launch, $116 for Growth, $198 for Pro and $349 for Scale. Billed annually, the per-month rates are $36, $96, $165 and $291. Its Terms bill plans in advance either way.
Zoom says annual plans are one upfront charge, with the monthly rate worked out by dividing the annual total by 12. The lowest annual figures are lined up in cheapest webinar software.
Costs outside the plan price
Zoom Webinars needs a separate Zoom Workplace Pro plan, so its card price is not the whole bill. EasyWebinar says it keeps no share of paid-webinar ticket revenue, and standard Stripe processing fees apply; BigMarker charges a 5% transaction fee on ticket sales.
EasyCRM email sending is usage-based, per the pricing grid, and no rate is published. EasyWebinar's 7-day trial needs a valid card, and the plan you pick starts billing when the trial ends unless you cancel. Pick Livestorm to pay only for people who attend, and Demio to pay per host for a set room size.
