Paid webinar platform: the five tools

These five platforms take payment for a webinar: EasyWebinar, WebinarGeek, WebinarNinja, BigMarker and ClickMeeting. A paid webinar requires payment before a person can register or join. EasyWebinar sells it from Growth, at $116 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 23, 2026, and its paid-webinars page names Stripe for the payment.

Paid webinars are not on EasyWebinar Launch, and WebinarGeek, WebinarNinja and ClickMeeting show their plan prices on their own pages. On monthly billing, Launch is $44 a month and Growth is $116 a month.

How each platform takes the payment

EasyWebinar's paid-webinars page describes the flow in six steps, and EasyWebinar says payments go straight to your account. How to host a paid webinar walks through them.

1. Choose live, automated, simulive or evergreen; paid setup is the same for all.
2. Set the ticket price.
3. Connect Stripe.
4. Buyers are registered automatically and get their access link once payment clears.
5. Sell during the session with in-app checkout and timed offers.
6. Track registrations, attendance, offer clicks and revenue per webinar.

WebinarGeek lets you connect a Stripe or Mollie account to host paid webinars. WebinarNinja takes paid registrations by connecting to Stripe. ClickMeeting connects PayPal, PayU or Stripe and lists automation of paid webinars, and its pricing page says PayPal may apply charges under its own policy.

What each platform keeps from ticket sales

EasyWebinar says you keep 100% of your ticket revenue and pay only standard Stripe processing fees. EasyWebinar's own subscription fees are separate and, per its Terms, non-refundable. BigMarker charges a 5% transaction fee on ticket sales, on a plan quoted by sales and renewed every year. The pricing pages of WebinarGeek and WebinarNinja give no fee figure for ticket sales. Webinar platform pricing covers the costs outside the plan price.

Paid live, replay and evergreen sessions

EasyWebinar says paid replay access can be added after a live or automated session, and that refunds to attendees are managed from its dashboard. BigMarker lists simulive and evergreen webinars on its Enterprise tier. The EasyWebinar review covers the rest of Growth.

ClickMeeting lets you test paid webinars during its 14-day trial, which needs no credit card and covers 25 attendees. EasyWebinar's paid-webinars page repeats its 7-day trial and says a card is required; the plan you pick starts billing when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Pick EasyWebinar Growth when the paid webinar also needs timed offers, evergreen replays and follow-up in one account. Pick WebinarGeek to take payment through Stripe or Mollie, and BigMarker for a quoted plan with a 5% transaction fee.
