EasyWebinar alternatives: the short list by webinar job
The seven EasyWebinar alternatives are WebinarJam, EverWebinar (WebinarJam's companion product for automated webinars), Demio, Livestorm, Zoom Webinars, eWebinar and WebinarGeek. Each fits one webinar job: a live room, automated-only webinars or a free way in. For a free EasyWebinar alternative, start with Livestorm's free plan or a 14-day trial at WebinarGeek or eWebinar.
Growth, EasyWebinar's first plan with automated, simulive and evergreen webinars, built-in checkout and EasyCRM, is $116 a month, billed monthly, or $96 a month, billed annually, as read on October 23, 2026. Simulive is a recorded presentation that plays at a scheduled time while real people answer questions in the chat. Evergreen is a recorded presentation that runs again and again, on a schedule or on demand.

Try EasyWebinar →Live webinar rooms: WebinarJam, Demio and Zoom Webinars
WebinarJam holds 100, 500, 2,000 or 5,000 attendees per webinar, by plan, and includes EverWebinar from Basic. Basic, the 500-attendee plan, is $79 a month, billed annually. EasyWebinar vs WebinarJam sets the two side by side.
Demio prices rooms per host. Starter is $45 a month, paid yearly, for one host and a 50-person room. Growth starts at $80 per host a month, paid yearly, for a 150-person room.
Zoom Webinars 300 is $89 a month, billed monthly, or $66.67 a month, billed annually. Every Zoom card requires Zoom Workplace Pro, which is a separate paid Zoom plan.
Automated webinars only: EverWebinar and eWebinar
EverWebinar and eWebinar run automated webinars only, so a live session needs another tool. EverWebinar has one plan for automated, hybrid and just-in-time webinars: $99 a month, billed annually ($1,188 charged up front), or $199 billed monthly. EasyWebinar vs EverWebinar covers the EasyWebinar side.
eWebinar prices by active eWebinars. Everyone starts at Level 1, $84 a month, billed annually, or $99 billed monthly, for 1 active eWebinar and 1,000 registrants a month, and the level adjusts with the number of active eWebinars. Its 14-day free trial allows 1 published eWebinar and 300 registrants and charges Level 1 at the end unless you cancel. Its terms issue no refunds once fees are received.
Free plan or free trial: Livestorm and WebinarGeek
Livestorm is the one alternative here that lists a free plan: as many webinars as you like, up to 20 minutes per event, with no credit card needed. Past that, Livestorm Pro sells attendee credits at $3.00 each in a yearly pack of 400, as its page showed in US dollars. One credit is used for each unique participant, per session, over a 12-month period. At the quota, new attendees cannot join until you upgrade.
WebinarGeek gives a 14-day free trial of every Premium feature. Premium prices by viewer count, from 75 to 1,000, and the price sits on WebinarGeek's own pricing page. It connects Stripe or Mollie for paid webinars and runs sessions of up to 8 hours. EasyWebinar has no free plan, and its 7-day trial needs a valid card.
When EasyWebinar is still the pick
EasyWebinar stays the pick for a seller who runs a live webinar and an evergreen version of it in one account. From Growth it adds built-in checkout, where timed offer buttons take payment inside the webinar room, and EasyCRM for follow-up. Its limits are plain: no free plan, a 7-day trial that needs a valid card and starts the selected paid plan unless you cancel before it ends, and Terms dated October 12, 2026, that call all fees non-refundable.
EasyWebinar's pricing page says a session never stops at the plan limit: extra live attendees are billed as overage at $0.78 each.
