WebinarJam vs EverWebinar: which one runs what
WebinarJam runs live webinars and EverWebinar runs automated ones, and WebinarJam Basic, $79 a month billed annually, includes EverWebinar at no extra cost. WebinarJam's own pricing page sends evergreen webinars, the automated ones that run on a fixed schedule, to EverWebinar, which it calls its companion product. Every price on this page was read on October 23, 2026.
WebinarJam also has a hybrid mode that plays prerecorded video during a live session while you still interact with attendees. EverWebinar lists automated, hybrid and just-in-time webinars, meaning sessions that start at the next set interval after someone registers. WebinarJam Starter holds 100 attendees for 1 hour, and Basic holds 500 attendees for 2 hours with 2 hosts.

Trials, guarantees and the billing policy
Both sell a trial at $1 for 14 days. EverWebinar's is followed by $199 a month unless you cancel before it ends, and WebinarJam's trial card covers its 500-attendee plan, as its pricing page shows. WebinarJam's billing policy says payment information must be on file before a trial account exists.
Both state a 30-day money-back guarantee, and WebinarJam's billing policy covers both products. That policy, last updated October 25, 2022, gives a full refund on an annual charge requested within 30 days. On a monthly plan, a refund is only possible on the most recent payment. You must ask to cancel at least 10 days before the next billing date, and prices may rise at renewal.
EasyWebinar as the one-product option
EasyWebinar Growth, $96 a month billed annually, runs live, automated, simulive and evergreen webinars in one product, with checkout in the room and EasyCRM. In EasyWebinar's terms, simulive is a pre-recorded presentation that plays at a set time while real people answer in the chat.
Its pricing-page trial lasts 7 days, a valid card is required, and the selected paid plan starts unless you cancel; fees are non-refundable. EasyWebinar's comparison page says WebinarJam only displays offers and sends payment to an external page, while WebinarJam's pricing page lists live offer displays and payment-platform integrations.
