The Livestorm alternatives priced per plan are EasyWebinar, Demio, WebinarJam, Zoom Webinars, ClickMeeting and WebinarGeek. Livestorm charges per attendee credit instead: $3.00 per credit in a yearly pack of 400, as its page showed in US dollars on October 23, 2026. One credit is used for each unique participant, per session, over a 12-month period, and team members do not use credits. When the quota is gone, new attendees cannot join until you upgrade.

Livestorm Pro allows sessions of up to 4 hours. Its free plan lets you run as many webinars as you like at up to 20 minutes per event.

Flat plans with attendee caps: EasyWebinar and WebinarJam

EasyWebinar Launch is $44 a month, billed monthly, or $36 a month, billed annually, for 50 live attendees, a limit the pricing grid states per session. Launch runs live webinars only; automated, simulive and evergreen webinars start on Growth. Past the limit a session keeps running, and each extra live attendee is billed at $0.78. That charge is called overage.

An add-on of 100 live and 1,000 automated attendees costs $78 and is bought in advance. Livestorm stops new attendees at the quota instead of billing overage.

Per-host rooms: Demio

Demio Starter is $45 a month, paid yearly, for a single host and a 50-person room. Growth is priced per host: from $80 a month per host, paid yearly, for a 150-person room, with 500, 1,000 and 3,000 rooms above it. Demio's trial carries Growth features but is limited to 20 attendees and 1-hour sessions. Session limits across Demio's plans are 3, 8 and 10 hours.

ClickMeeting and WebinarGeek both offer 14 days free, and both keep their prices on their own pages. ClickMeeting's trial covers 25 attendees and needs no credit card. Its Live plan sells attendee tiers from 50 to 1,000, and its Automated plan adds automated and on-demand webinars.

WebinarGeek's trial gives every Premium feature. Premium prices by viewer count and runs sessions of up to 8 hours. EasyWebinar offers a 7-day trial that needs a valid card, and the selected plan starts after the trial unless you cancel.

Zoom Webinars for Zoom Workplace teams

Zoom Webinars 300 costs $89 a month on monthly billing and $66.67 a month on annual billing. Zoom Workplace Pro, a separate paid Zoom plan, is required on every Zoom card. Zoom lists events of up to 30 hours and says the number who can join is based on your plan.
